2. FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders from $50 USD, depending on the destination.
For eligible Asian destinations, free shipping applies to orders of $50 USD or more. For most other destinations, free shipping applies to orders of $60 USD or more.
The applicable free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
3. TRACKING
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been handed over to the carrier.
4. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Most orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are generally handled in advance. In most cases, you will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery.
However, customs policies and shipping arrangements vary by destination. Additional duties, taxes, or customs-related charges may apply in certain countries or regions.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window, international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, please contact us at aikineverknows.shop@gmail.com and we’ll help you look into it.
6. LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at aikineverknows.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
We will first work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost.
We are unable to provide free replacements for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at aikineverknows.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
