Product Q&A

1. How does it work?

Our temporary tattoos are made with a plant-based herbal pigment that gradually develops on the skin. Once fully developed, the result looks very similar to a real tattoo, with a natural, non-shiny finish. As it fades, it also develops a soft, faded appearance similar to the way a real tattoo looks in the skin.

2. Why does my tattoo last longer on some areas than others?

Development time and how long the tattoo lasts can vary depending on your skin, body temperature, metabolism, and placement. Even on the same person, different areas of the body may develop differently and fade at different rates. Areas exposed to more washing, friction, or skin movement may also fade faster.

3. How long does it take to develop?

Your tattoo will gradually darken and fully develop within 24–48 hours.

4. How long does it last?

Typically 7–14 days, depending on your skin, placement, climate, and cleansing habits.

5. Why did my tattoo become blurry?

Water or excessive moisture before the tattoo has fully developed can cause the pigment to spread, resulting in blurred or smudged lines.

Keep the area as dry as possible during the development period. If you need to shower, minimize direct water exposure and gently pat the area dry as soon as possible. Avoid rubbing.

6. Is it waterproof?

Once fully developed, your tattoo can come into contact with water normally. However, frequent washing, scrubbing, exfoliating, and friction may cause it to fade faster.

7. Why does my tattoo look so light at first?

This is completely normal. The tattoo may appear very light immediately after application and will gradually darken over the next 24–48 hours.

8. Why did my tattoo transfer onto other skin?

While the tattoo is still developing, prolonged skin-to-skin contact may cause the pigment to transfer — especially while sleeping.

Be particularly careful to avoid contact with your face or other areas of skin during this time.

9. How can I prevent transfer?

Wear long sleeves or pants to prevent direct skin-to-skin contact. You can also place a clean piece of paper or tissue over the tattoo and gently secure it with plastic wrap. If you're still concerned about transfer, we recommend applying your tattoo in the morning, giving it plenty of time to develop before you go to sleep.

10. Can I shower after applying it?

For the best results, we recommend waiting until the tattoo has fully developed before showering.  If you need to shower during the development period, minimize water exposure and friction, and gently pat the area dry as soon as possible.

11. How do I remove it?

The tattoo will naturally fade as your skin renews. To speed up the process, soak the area in warm water and gently exfoliate. Oil-based products, such as cleansing oil, may also help with the fading process.

If the pigment has developed deeply, it may not be possible to remove it immediately. Do not aggressively scrub the skin, as this may cause irritation or injury. Allow the remaining color to fade naturally over time.

12. How should I store unused tattoos?

Keep unused tattoos sealed and protected from light and air. If you only use part of a sheet, return the remaining portion to its original packaging as soon as possible.

For best results, we recommend using your tattoos within 6 months. They may still be usable afterward, but the developed color may appear lighter.

13. Can I apply it anywhere on my body?

Yes! You can apply your tattoo to most areas of the body. For areas with a lot of body hair, we recommend shaving the area before application so the tattoo can make even contact with the skin.

14. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test first. Discontinue use if you experience irritation or discomfort.

15. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to selected destinations. Please see our Shipping Policy for available destinations, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and free-shipping thresholds.

16. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of temporary tattoo products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, please contact us. We'll be happy to review the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

17. How can I track my order?
